Met with Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki on Iraqi بالجالية evening and students studying in the Federal Republic of Russia.
He stressed the government's keenness to communicate with the Iraqi communities abroad and students studying at universities in the world, pointing out that Iraq needs a talent to contribute to the construction and reconstruction
