Maliki meets Putin in Moscow this week

scheduled to meet with Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow this week. According to private sources for "Center Brief for the Iraqi Media Network", the Prime Minister will deliver a speech Iraq through its participation as an observer in the Forum of Gas Exporting
