Urgent. Al-Maliki: Iraq is now free from the constraints imposed on him because of the follies of dictatorship
Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki said in commenting on the country's huge khero Chapter VII provisions that "Iraq is now free from the constraints imposed by the follies of the dictatorial regime.
In his speech, he said after a Security Council vote on Iraq
