Said the head of the citizen, said on Monday that Iraq would emerge from Chapter VII is accomplishing great for the Iraqi government. 

  He said Baqir al-Zubaidi's (IMN) "The withdrawal of Iraq from Chapter VII is accomplishing important for the Iraqi government." He pointed out that "this done will contribute to the return of Iraq to the fore Arab, regional and international."
